This sequence of the project works to take the previous schematic design concept and create a feasible system that imagines this project as it would be when considered for construction. The following drawings are of attention to structural systems, vertical circulation, HVAC, material vision and more.

Skin & Material Vision

Looking at precedents for material consideration, the exterior of both towers are to be constructed in standardized concrete panels while the hanging taxidermy trophies are wrapped in metal cladding and span floor to ceiling glazing.
